Forehead creases are a common part of the aging process. Comprised of both horizontal brow wrinkles and vertical frown lines (between the eyebrows), these wrinkles might always be somewhat present. However, they typically become more pronounced with facial movements.

Brow Lift Surgery
A brow lift can help to erase deep creases across the forehead. This procedure can also be used to lift sagging eyebrows and remove frown lines from in between. Our plastic surgeons offer both full and endoscopic brow lift options, and can modify procedures to address specific concerns.
Brow lift is often combined with blepharoplasty to correct upper eyelid ptosis (sagging). Eyelid surgery also removes wrinkles from upper and lower lids and eliminates dark and puffy skin from underneath the eyes.
BOTOX® Cosmetic
Non-surgically, BOTOX Cosmetic is a safe and effective option for smoothing forehead wrinkles. As with surgical options, BOTOX Cosmetic can also be used to lift eyebrows and erase frown lines, though results will only last for a few months. Routine touch-up treatments can be used to lengthen your BOTOX Cosmetic results.
Additional non-surgical options that can help to smooth the brow include laser skin resurfacing and chemical peel. However, these treatments may require more than one session for optimal results.
Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers cannot erase forehead creases or frown lines. However, they can be combined with other facial treatments to address issues such as hollowness and sunken skin:

- On the cheeks
- Underneath the eyes
